Deana Sacks, President & Attorney Advocate

Deana (DEEna) was raised in Tacoma and Gig Harbor, Washington, and graduated from Gig Harbor High School in 1982.  She attended the University of Washington, then received a merit scholarship to attend U.S.C. Law School in Los Angeles, California. After graduating with a J.D. from U.S.C. in 1989, Deana went into private practice for several years, then attended U.C. Berkeley Law School from which she attained a graduate law degree in 1999. While still at Berkeley, Deana received an offer for a tenure-track law professorship with the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas.

From 2000 to 2020, Deana taught tort law, constitutional law, property law, First Amendment, and numerous other law school classes.  Her research revolved around civil rights and children’s issues including developmental psychology and the effect of speech on cognitive processing; publisher liability for dangerous speech; the depth and breadth of medical and other human rights secured by the Liberty Clause, the First Amendment, and other constitutional provisions; and the interplay between civil liability and the Constitution, among other subjects.  She has published legal scholarship in some of the top law journals, including Vanderbilt, Minnesota, Washington, Northwestern, and Yale.  For a list of her publications, visit her author page on the Social Science Research Network (SSRN), at https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/cf_dev/AbsByAuth.cfm?per_id=507918, or view her curriculum vitae here:  (https://www.lordadvocates.org/s/Deana-Pollard-Sacks.pdf) .  For years, Deana has been ranked in the top 10% of all professors in all disciplines internationally by SSRN, the largest repository of academic research.  The author ranking system is based on all-time views and downloads, and an author’s influence is a reflection of the number of courts, legislatures, or other professors who have used and cited the publications.   Deana has received similar top scholar accolades from ResearchGate, another large repository of academic research.  Deana believes that she is influenced by a higher source and adheres to both traditional religious doctrine and modern spiritual practices such as meditation and yoga.

In 2019 and 2020, Deana published The Godfathers of Sex Abuse series of books. Book I shines a spotlight on Jeffrey Epstein and Book II concerns Harvey Weinstein, Bill Cosby, and the #MeToo movement. Both books expose the shocking level of government corruption involved in protecting wealthy men who commit sex crimes. The books were not planned, but an outgrowth of research for an academic book intended for law students tentatively titled Sex Torts (not yet published). In researching extensively on the meaning of informed consent, Deana ran across a case involving Jeffrey Epstein in early 2018 (few had heard of in him at this time) and was sent down a path writing for the public which led to the two trade books. To view free excerpts from the books, see www.thegodfathersofsexabuse.com.

In 2020, Deana resigned as a tenured law professor and began working on challenges to the oppressive and unprecedented government mandates that grew out of the COVID-19 “pandemic.” In 2022 she published Judicial Protection of Medical Liberty (https://www.lordadvocates.org/s/FSU-Judicial-Protection-Liberty.pdf) in the Florida State University Law Review and wrote an Amicus Brief (https://www.lordadvocates.org/s/NIA-Amicus-Brief.pdf on the Liberty Clause for the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Deana is currently working with GenSeven to challenge the geoengineering that creates known ad the air we breathe and all forms of life on earth.  See www.genseven.org.
