In the past three years since the announcement of the COVID-19 pandemic we have seen the most egregious and oppressive government and corporate practices in American history. Americans have been subjected to outrageous, unconstitutional demands to avoid losing their income or education. The mandates were unique, crafted in an ultra vires fashion by officials without jurisdiction, and some have been struck down by the courts already. We have lost some of our most prescient and competent soldiers because they refused experimental injections, weakening our country. At the same time, wealth concentration has exacerbated tremendously as true Americans have been fleeced in every possible way and inflation skyrockets. We are here to fight back.
Lord Advocates was organized in 2023 when I realized that the organizations we trusted to protect our health freedom interests fell flat on their promises as tens of millions of donated dollars were squandered on unsuccessful litigation, self-promotion, platform expansion, and greed. Donors were promised litigation to protect their natural human rights and constitutional guarantees, but in reviewing many failed cases, I saw that some of them easily could have been won but for the attorneys’ lack of expertise in constitutional law and federal court jurisdiction. I decided to change all that and create an organization of law professors and lawyers with extraordinary expertise to get the job done right. Lord Advocates was born.
Lord Advocates is radically different from other “charities” who claim to be dedicated to engaging the judicial process to protect human rights. We are different based on the extraordinary expertise of our lawyers, We are different because 100% of donations to Lord Advocates will be spent on legal research, litigation, appeals, experts, and CPAs. This means that no donation monies will be spent on SEO/SEM, platform expansion, self-promotion, talent agents, publicists or public relations of any sort, booking agents, travel, conferences, real estate, or cocktail parties, We are here to fight, not play.
My goal is to deliver what other 501(c)(3)s failed to deliver. To this end, I have gathered some of the most qualified and seasoned lawyers to participate and help guide Lord Advocates. Lord Advocates’ attorneys have extraordinary and unparalleled credentials and experience. Our Attorney Advocates attended top law schools, were top of their class in law school, are former tenured law professors, have extensive records of legal scholarship, or have otherwise proven themselves over the course of decades to be extraordinary lawyers, recognized legal scholars, legal textbook authors, and appellate law experts. Many other well-known scholars and experts provide behind-the-scenes advice to Lord Advocates on a pro bono basis. Lord Advocates is further blessed with many competent and moral colleagues around the world.
Lord Advocates is transparent. Our lawyers’ credentials or curricula vitae may be found on our website so that donors know who will be working for them. I consider myself as President of Lord Advocates to work on behalf of the oppressed, but also to work on behalf of the donors and website visitors, to assure that they know who we are, what we are doing, and how donations are being spent. I will update the public regularly on Lord Advocates’ progress. In furtherance of transparency, we have chosen my husband’s law firm, the Sacks Law Firm in Houston, Texas, and other lawyers I know well to facilitate litigation and appellate work.
Lord Advocates makes hiring decisions based on merit, a core value of this organization. David J. Sacks is the finest litigator and appellate lawyer I have ever known, and the Board of Directors agree that the Sacks Law Firm and its many colleagues and associates will handle legal matters effectively and efficiently. David Sacks and I graduated near the top of our law school classes, we have unusual expertise in subjects that few lawyers practice, and we are admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States and numerous other federal and state courts. The other Attorney Advocates are Ivy League law graduates and former tenured professors. I am intimately familiar with their work and confident that they occupy the highest rung of legal talent. I also work with a renowned international business consultant who has long history of working for the FBI and other law enforcement agencies. She is paid by me personally as opposed to being paid with donation monies.
If you feel frustrated or angry with government and corporate corruption, you are not alone. I see clearly the outrageous injustices taking place in America and around the globe. While researching for my first legal textbook about civil liability for sex trafficking and sex torts, I ran across the case of Cordero v. Epstein (New York, 2008) and this altered my research path. I became aware of the enormous matrix of high-paid private and government lawyers who support and further organized crime, including sex trafficking of children. One of the most striking things I found was that the same powerful lawyers’ names surfaced in many cases and that the problems of wealth concentration, government corruption, and sexual perversion were quite intertwined. I had no choice but to find a way to fight back and I was lucky enough to have already acquired expertise in constitutional law, tort law, cognitive programming and implicit bias, the First Amendment, the Liberty Clause, and the effects of mass media on all humans especially children. I feel prepared to find ways to create greater justice for all humans and to restore an American system where the government actually represents the people.
I also see the shocking level of fraud and media-created facades among the most entitled Americans – those who have money to pay for mass media dissemination of false personas that hide their true identities and their long histories of unethical or immoral behavior. The trickle-down dysfunction seems obvious: Americans have been turned into Facebook and Instagram junkies as part of the grand scheme to turn our people into self-centered wealth-and-fame seekers and to divert attention away from the natural world in which humans thrive and coexist peacefully with nature. The people who will make real change for the benefit of all people will not come from the famous or elite classes, but from the ranks of the world’s real people. True power lies in We the People. We must come together in solidarity.

People often ask how I chose the name Lord Advocates. Isaiah is my favorite biblical prophet because I feel an especially powerful and poetic ring of truth in his writings. Isaiah taught that the Lord likes to be recognized (Isaiah 12:4) and therefore I decided that the word “Lord” should be included in the name of this organization. We humans are hands and feet; we depend on divine guidance; the Lord should be recognized as our partner in all things true and just. I then searched for a full name that included the word “Lord,” and eventually ran a search for “Lord Advocates.” This brought me to the Scottish Law Officer’s website, the Lord Advocate of Scotland, also known as “Her Majesty’s Advocate.” The Scottish Lord Advocate is the chief legal officer of the Scottish Government and the Crown in Scotland. He or she serves the king or queen. We serve the King of Kings. Our goal is to protect all people from injustice. To that end, we choose legal battles that may create the greatest justice for all in the most efficient manner. We are non-partisan, nonsectarian, and egalitarian in all of our endeavors.

I started this organization with no money other than my own savings. None of our directors are paid. We all donate our time to Lord Advocates.
